Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

Due to their high value and shipping sensitivity, projectors and projector bundles are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at tekvault.store1@gmail.com with your order number and issue details. Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
